Rest day

Prescribed WOD today was heavy sets of front squats...I don't think so.
Legs were trashed from Monday wall ball and Tues team training ride. Today was a real rest day...no activity accept walking up a flight of stairs at work.

Hoping the weather for Saturday gets better in the forecast. Malabar is on tap and I'd love to see how I hang on that course at this time of year.
