Double up Saturday

Had to play catch-up yesterday so I combined Thursday and Friday Crossfit mainsite WODs.
Starting with clean and jerks, I did a few sets at low weight/high reps to get the form down. I definitely feel more comfortable doing these now and the motion requires less thinking. It was difficult to remember all the steps in this exercise; stabilize the core, back straight, arms straight and explode upwards, dive under the bar, drive weight up, dive under bar again. Still have quite a ways to go on form, but I'm moving in the right direction.
I was able to hit a new PR of 155lbs and had two near successful attempts at 160lbs, but couldn't lockout the arms. Need to thank some guy named Mike who gave me a lot of pointers and motivation

Followed that workout with "Jackie" :
1000 meter row
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups

I was able to complete it in 9:49.

Also got a 40 mile, 2.5hr ride in today (Sunday), despite the 50 deg rainy conditions.
