Nasty week

After taking Easter Sunday off from the CrossFit WODs, I had to use Monday as a catch up day. That made for 4 days in a row (Mon-Thurs) since CrossFit follows a 3 on 1 off routine. Monday was 120 pull up / 120 dips, Tuesday was a new Hero WOD "D.T."in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009. That WOD was deadlifts, power cleans, and push jerks. I kept the weigth at 115lbs instead of 155 as rx'd. Wednesday was "Helen" 400m runs, kettlebell swings, and pull ups, then yesterday was another new Hero WOD "Danny" in honor of Oakland SWAT Sergeant Daniel Sakai, age 35, was killed on March 21, 2009 in the line of duty with other officers. "Danny" was probably one of the hardest WODs yet. 24" box jumps, 115lb shoulder push presses, and MORE pull ups.

I mixed a couple rides in there also, so today is a solid rest and eat day to get ready for RATL tomorrow! Weather looks great.
