CFT (CrossFit Total)
CFT was up again today. Total up the weight for a 1 rep max on shoulder press, back squat, and deadlift. I hit 683 a little over a month ago, and hoped to maybe break 700 today. I went up a bit on shoulders, down a bit on the squat, and about the same on deadlift. In the end, I was up 2 lbs to 685. Still a great workout with pyramids up to and down from the 1 rep max on each exercise. This one drains the living snot out of you and I only felt like laying on the couch watching baseball this afternoon after the workout was over...good thing its a rest day from the bike.
